Between Avenida da Liberdade and Saldanha, right in the heart of Avenida Duque de Loulé, Duque de Loulé 42 offers Lisbon 13 new charm residences distributed by 6 floors, with retail units on the ground floor.
A token of the classical architecture buildings planned for the Avenidas Novas by the visionary engineer Ressano Garcia in the late 19th century, Duque de Loulé 42 restores the style of the original building, built at the beginning of the 20th century. A rare example of Lisbon’s ‘iron architecture’, it still hosted in its ground floor an old bakery, a remnant from the times when this area of the city became the address of choice for the wealthy and elegant Portuguese bourgeoisie.
